National Competitive Bidding

 

Ministry of Rural Development will be participating in the Global Fair January 2009 at Dubai. Around 15 officials and artisans will be participating in the fair. 

CAPART invites sealed quotations from experience and specialized agencies in the area of providing temporary accommodation, local transport from the hotel to Fair ground and airport transfer to hotel and back and food arrangement and arrangement for shipment of exhibits/products to Dubai and back to Delhi (by air) may please submit the quotation for the following items/services:

Temporary accommodation for 2 officials in 4 star hotel (single rooms) and 3 officials in 3 star hotel (single rooms) and 10 artisans (5 rooms twin sharing basis) for 10 days.

Arrangement of shipment of exhibits/products to Dubai and back to Delhi (by air) including packaging of the products/exhibits, local transportation arrangements and delivery of the consignment at the Fair ground.

To and fro air line tickets from New Delhi to Dubai and back (2 executive class and rest economy)

 

 

Agencies may submit the sealed quotation for the items mentioned above on a consolidated / package basis. The bid may be submitted on or before 05 January 2009 by 11.30 am in sealed envelope placed in the tender box placed at Facilitation Centre of CAPART, Zone -5A (Core C), 2nd floor, India Habitat Centre, New Delhi - 110003. A brief description of experience and other testimonials of your concern may be submitted in the enclosed questionnaire.

 Terms & Conditions and terms of Payment of the quotations

  1. Quotation should be submitted on a package basis for the above mentioned services.
  2. Conditional bids will not be accepted.
  3. CAPART reserves the right to reject any or all the quotation without assigning any reason what so ever.
  4. The bidders should understand the work before quoting the rates.
  5. The Agency should have International linkages for the services.
  6. Payment will be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
  7. 50 % of the total contract value will be released on written confirmation of the services and acceptance of the terms & conditions.
  8. Balance 50 % will be released on completion of the tour and satisfactory services.
  9. Any lapses in providing any of the services will attract 5 % penalties on the total sanctioned amount.
